Get HidzoVPNSometimes you may see that HidzoVPN shows as “Connected,” but your internet isn’t working as expected. Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Common Reasons and Solutions
1. Check Your Internet Signal
Even if HidzoVPN is connected, you still need an active internet signal. Make sure you’re not in areas with weak reception, such as underground spaces or tunnels.
2. No Traffic Passing Through
In some cases, if HidzoVPN has been connected but unused for a while, internet traffic may stop. This can cause your device to lose access altogether.
To fix this, manually disconnect and reconnect the VPN, either through the app or your device settings.
This issue is already being reviewed, and improvements are planned for upcoming versions of the app.
3. Network Issues
If your mobile network or Wi-Fi has a temporary crash, your VPN connection may drop as a result.
Restart your internet connection.
Reconnect to HidzoVPN once your internet is back online.
